Functional Responsibitilies
- Support RMs in daily operations to enhance customer experience, including handling customer enquiries, rate fixing for deposits and loans, account opening, spreading of financials, maintenance of customer records and files
- Obtain information from clients to perform KYC (Know Your Customer) for new accounts/borrowers align with KYC requirements
- Ensure documentation, credit files are complete and that all approvals, facilities and securities documents are in place at all times
- Follow up on submission of clients financials for spreading and assisting the RMs in preparing the necessary documents for credit review
- Preparation of Letter of Offer / Variation Letters and follow up on documentation align with terms set out
- May take up more duties including ad hoc projects supporting RMs and team in sales and marketing.
Reqiurements
- Diploma or equivalent
- At least 4 years of relevant experience, especially in Business and Corporate Banking
- 1 year contract
