- Working Location: Changi Airport
- 5 days including weekends
- Working Hours (Based on roster):
. 6.50am - 4.35pm
. 10am - 7.45pm
. 1.15pm - 11pm
The Role:
- Lead and manage 30-50 staff in daily store operations across terminals, ensuring sales, service, security, and SOP compliance.
- Conduct daily store visits and audits to drive operational efficiency and improvements.
- Develop, update, and enforce SOPs through regular internal audits and best practice adoption.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with effective service recovery.
- Plan, implement, and conduct staff training, onboarding, and competency assessments.
- Manage staff rosters, leave administration, and overall resource optimization.
- Oversee daily sales reconciliation, reporting, and conduct spot checks on cash handling.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, airport partners, and support management directives.
Requirement:
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in airport terminal operations.
