Retail Operations
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the outlet (sales, stock,
cleanliness, customer flow)
- Ensure product displays are well-arranged and visually appealing
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock replenishment, ordering,
and stock counts
- Handle POS system and ensure accurate cash handling
Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer experience for walk-in customers
- Provide product knowledge on clay items and pottery tools
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly and
professionally
Pottery Class Support
- Coordinate class bookings, schedule updates, and participant check-
ins
- Support instructors with basic class logistics (materials prep, timing,
etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the studio area
Team & Leadership
- Supervise and guide part-time/freelance staff or interns as needed
- Help in training new team members on SOPs and customer service
standards
