DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Retail Leadership & Team Management
- Lead the overall Singapore retail operations structure and store network.
- Manage and develop the Retail Store Operations Lead and Retail Store Performance Lead.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to strengthen store management capability.
- Foster strong collaboration between operations and commercial performance functions.
- Build a high-performance and customer-centric retail culture.
Retail Operations Management
- Conduct regular weekly store visits to ensure operational excellence, identify business opportunities, and provide on-ground coaching to store leadership teams.
- Ensure smooth and consistent execution of retail operations across all Singapore stores.
- Oversee implementation of SOPs, operational policies, and retail standards.
- Ensure operational discipline in areas including cash handling, inventory processes, grooming, housekeeping, and compliance.
- Monitor store operational readiness and execution quality.
Commercial Performance Management
- Drive store productivity and commercial performance across the Singapore market.
- Monitor and analyse key retail KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, productivity, and staffing efficiency.
- Partner with store leadership teams to develop action plans to improve business performance.
- Support business strategies to maximize sales opportunities and operational efficiency.
- Customer Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure consistent execution of premium customer service standards across all stores.
- Drive customer experience initiatives and service culture development.
- Monitor customer feedback and support service recovery actions where necessary.
Store Team Oversight
- Work closely with Store Managers together with both store leads.
- Ensure strong alignment in operational execution and commercial priorities.
- Support succession planning, talent development, and performance management within the store management team.
- Retail Communication & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the key liaison between Singapore stores and regional office.
- Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Marketing, VM, Store Design, HR, Training, Finance, Legal, Logistics teams.
- Ensure effective communication and execution of retail initiatives and campaigns.
New Store Openings & Retail Projects
- Coordinate and oversee operational readiness for new store openings, renovations, and store projects within Singapore.
- Ensure smooth execution of store launches, manpower readiness, and operational setup.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure stores comply with company policies, operational procedures, and audit standards.
- Conduct regular store reviews and operational checks.
- Identify operational potentials/risks and implement action plans.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 6 years of retail experience with at least 3 years in multi-store leadership
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, premium, or sportswear retail preferred
- Proven track record managing large retail teams and store managers
- Strong leadership and people management capability
- Strong commercial and operational acumen
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and retail reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and hands-on approach with strong sense of ownership and accountability

- Experience supporting new store openings is a plus
