Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi. As the Owner of the Human Resource Development Cell, SRCC, the responsibilities include overseeing strategic planning, managing team operations, and coordinating initiatives such as seminars, workshops, and events like the annual fest Minductor. The role involves fostering partnerships, planning and executing skill development programs, and ensuring the consistent growth and visibility of the Cell. Additionally, the Owner will need to maintain communication with all stakeholders and ensure the smooth functioning of all organizational processes.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, particularly in event management and program coordination
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Competence in technical tools such as Photoshop, Excel, and video editing software
  • Knowledge in domains like HR, business, finance, technology, management, and geopolitics
  • Problem-solving mindset and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Previous experience in leadership roles within student societies or similar organizations is an advantage
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Management, Commerce, Economics, or a related field is preferred
