Job Description

Summary:

Our client is a well-known American fast-food chain with a long-standing reputation. Their flagship outlet operates 24/7, offering a complete menu while engaging customers through interactive content and community programs.

This position will report to the Restaurant Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Co-manage the daily operation of the restaurant with the Restaurant Manager.
  • Take full ownership and responsibility of the restaurant in the absent of the Restaurant Manager and ensure smooth service flow with the team.
  • Oversee all front- and back-of-house duties in restaurant.
  • Familiar the whole floor operation by carrying out the different role of every floor position such as hosting, serving, cashiering etc.
  • Provide a high quality of service and deliver excellent dining experience to all customers.
  • Enhance the leadership and performance excellence of the crew members through training, motivating, assessing, and being a role model for all crew members to provide customers with high quality of service.
  • Respond to comments and feedback professionally from customers and crew members.
  • Ensure respective work section follows the SOP manual and execute accordingly.
  • Ensure sufficient stock and ingredients for daily operation.
  • Track daily sales and labour costs, and perform food audits within restaurant.
  • Responsible in maintaining the housekeeping standards by ensuring the safety, cleanliness, hygiene in the restaurant.
  • Good knowledge on menu, able to explain clearly to crew members during training.
  • Responsible for workforce arrangement, payroll, recruitment and training.
  • Responsible for administrative recording of staff attendance, leave, etc.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as deem necessary to perform and assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Food & Beverage Management and/or Hospitality from a recognized hospitality/tertiary institution
  • 5 to 8 years of experiences in co-managing a fast-food restaurant
  • Valuable experience in quality control systems, training or similar
  • Ability to transmit ideas and vision in both verbal and written
  • Ability to work under pressure in a multitask environment
  • Ability to prepare reports using MS Office
  • Concise, and well thought out in written and oral communication skills
  • Positive work attitude and a high level of energy
  • Able to commerce work immediately or within short notice
