Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations, hands-on and proactively in execution service ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction
- Engage with guests professionally, handle feedback and complaints promptly
- Compliance with service standards and sequence of service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, grooming and restaurant presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and stocks availability
- Ensure opening and closing procedures according to SOPs
- Coordinate with kitchen team on menu and service matters
- Manage reservation management, table allocation and VIP arrangements
- Conduct training on service standards, menu knowledge and dining etiquette
- Enforce company policies and operational procedures
- Compliance with workplace safety, food & hygiene safety and health regulations
- Perform other ad-hoc operational duties as assigned
