We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team!
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, we rely on you to:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in executing daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency
- Analyse outlet performance data and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Identify recurring operational issues and develop effective solutions to enhance outlet productivity and guest satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and develop staff to build a cohesive, high-performing team aligned with service standards
- Enforce and monitor hygiene and sanitation protocols to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee guest interactions to ensure exceptional dining experiences and promptly address any service concerns
- Adapt management approach to both indoor and outdoor dining settings, ensuring consistent service quality
- Manage monthly Food & Beverage Profit & Loss performance to support financial objectives
- Utilize F&B POS systems and beverage mixing knowledge to streamline operations and enhance service delivery
We are looking for someone who:
- Experience working in a restaurant or hotel/resort environment
- Willingness to work shifts to meet operational demands
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of supervisory experience in Food & Beverage operations
