Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and support the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.

• Lead, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff to deliver excellent service.

• Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service.

• Manage staff scheduling, training, and day-to-day team coordination.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

• Assist with stock control, inventory, cash handling, and daily reporting.

• Monitor restaurant sales and operational performance.

• Ensure company policies, procedures, and food safety standards are followed.

• Support the team during busy service periods and ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff.

• Take charge of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
