Job Summary
You will lead daily restaurant operations at Bugis Junction, driving maintenance, inventory management, and team performance to deliver exceptional dining experiences that align with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning and high-quality customer service
- Oversee maintenance and timely ordering of food and supplies to maintain inventory levels and operational efficiency
- Hire and train junior staff to meet company expectations and enhance team capabilities
- Deliver excellent service to both external customers and internal team members, fostering a positive dining environment
- Lead and motivate staff through effective people management to maintain a productive and engaged workforce
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and teamwork to support operational goals
- Apply hands-on skills to perform basic operational tasks and support daily restaurant activities
- Maintain physical fitness and stamina to work effectively in a standing environment
Other Information
- Work schedule: 5 to 5.5 working days per week with a minimum of 6 off days per month
