Job Summary
We are seeking committed and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead shift teams, manage daily outlet operations, and drive strong operational performance while ensuring food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage shift operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Supervise frontline crew members to maintain high service standards and motivate team performance
- Manage manpower scheduling and deployment to optimize staff coverage during shifts
- Monitor sales performance data to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency
- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure compliance with company SOPs and Singapore food safety regulations
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently maintained throughout operations
- Handle customer feedback promptly and resolve service issues professionally to enhance customer satisfaction
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry
- Experience managing shifts in a fast food or high-volume environment
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills demonstrated by managing frontline teams
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Proficient communication and problem-solving skills applied in customer service and team management
- Knowledge of Singapore food safety and hygiene standards to ensure regulatory compliance
