- 5-DAYS work week!
- Salary Range: S$3.6k - S$3.9k (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and assist Restaurant Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations, kitchen and service crew management including recruitment, training, inventory planning and continuous improvement of processes.
- Work with manager to project and manage restaurant sales and guest's growth plans through studying of consumer spending behavior.
- Be a role model, leader and be proficient in managing every possible kind of customers requests at iSTEAKS.
Requirements:
- This position is open for Singaporean / PR citizens only
- Preferably with 3-4 years experience in F&B service, Kitchen, Hospitality and/or Retail Operational related management
- Experience in both front and back of house operations is an advantage
- Exhibits good command of language and as an all-rounder communicator.
- Flexible to work on rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays
