Job Summary:
Supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, staff management, and compliance with health and safety regulations to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages the outlet's operations, ensuring adherence to health & safety, food handling, and hygiene regulations.
- Recruits and trains employees.
- Coordinates and manages staff schedules.
- Maintains customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving complaints.
- Oversees and controls inventory management.
- Prepares daily sales reports and performs other assigned ad hoc tasks.
- Handle the preparation of food orders.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills committed to providing outstanding customer service.
- Proficient in following food handling, food safety, and restaurant compliance standards.
- Availability to start immediately is preferred.
