As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you are part of the restaurant team assisting the Restaurant Managers and Owners of the restaraunt.

You will have responsibility for mis-en-place and preparation of Restaurant and equipment prior to service, efficient guest relation operations and high standards of customer service at all times
You will not only ensure that the restaurant consistently operates to OSO's service standards and endeavours to make every meal an occasion for its guests.
Responsible for greeting the guest, taking orders, up selling and following the service according to the standards.
Stay in the station for the whole service, and manage the waiter. Make sure the guest is served quickly, and in proper manner.
You will ensure that high standards are consistently maintained and procedures are followed.
Manage daily reservations, bookings, table sales and special requests.
