We're seeking a passionate Assistant Resident Manager to oversee night cleaning operations at Changi Airport. Location: Changi Airport
Working hours: 6 days per week, 11pm-7am
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations.
- Effective instruction and management of supervisors/cleaners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Planning of manpower, scheduling, attendance taking etc.
- Resolving all matters on site, e.g., conflict management and service recovery, preparation of incident reports.
- Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
- Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Facilities Management or other discipline.
- At least 2-3 years experience in cleaning/facilities management industries.
- Familiarity with airport operations will be preferred.
- Must be able to work night shift and weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be IT savvy and able to become proficient at new software systems.
- Must be well-groomed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, able to work well both independently and in a team.
