Our client is a Japanese Private Bank which provides global financial services group's regional hub for Asia, it offers a comprehensive range of financial services. This includes global markets, investment banking, and wealth management, catering to institutional and corporate clients. It plays a key role in connecting global capital with Asia-Pacific opportunities, operating under local regulatory oversight.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a primary client contact, handling queries and transaction execution.
Prepare client materials, facilitate account opening, and manage administrative tasks.
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Support RMs in business development and pipeline management.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field with 2-4 years in Private Banking support.
Strong understanding of financial products and markets.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English required and conversational Mandarin is compulsory
