Assist RM to prepare credit proposals and presentation to credit committee for clients (ranging from large corporates to mid-size listed entities) inclusive of performing financial spreads, financial analysis, financial projection and credit risk assessment.
Assist RM in maintaining customer relationships from handling client calls and attending their daily requests such as deposits and FX interest rates quotation, negotiation, and confirmation.
Assist RM in handling all client operational matters by liaising with relevant departments to ensure abiding with internal guidelines and in line with the local financial regulatory authorities rules and regulations.
Assist RM in conducting credit reviews, renewals, KYC reviews, post loan checks, testing of covenants, stress tests, and any other client related matters and ensuring timelines are met.
Assist in ensuring onboarding materials are adequately obtained from clients, from Facility Agreements, Board Resolutions, Signature cards, legal opinions, Deed of charges, Guarantees and others.
Assist in maintaining and reporting updated MIS reports related to portfolio revenues, loans, deposits and drawdown schedule as well as various HO reporting.
Requirements
University Degree with major in finance/banking/accounting related is preferred.
Knowledge on basic corporate banking products including trade, loans, capital markets and treasury in order to effectively support the business.
Good communication and organization skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders in SE Asia market.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin with our colleagues in Taiwan Head Office, though not a prerequisite, will be an added advantage.
