Job Description
- Serve as the link between clients and operational departments
- Support Relationship Managers with day-to-day and occasional administrative tasks
- Manage client accounts, process transactions, and ensure accurate execution
- Handle account openings and closures, documentation, and IT processes
- Prepare client meetings, business trips, and renewal documentation
- Maintain quality client relationships and ensure confidentiality
- Comply with the bank's code of conduct and risk management procedures
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in wealth management or client servicing, CACS I and II certification is required
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle multiple priorities
- Familiarity with banking operations, compliance, and risk management practices
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with banking systems
