Job Description
KYC and Account Maintenance
- Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding process prior to drawdown and conduct post-drawdown reviews.
- Handle client account opening matters, including providing the account opening document checklist, assisting clients with completing account opening forms, collecting required information, and submitting subsequent account opening and e-banking applications.
- Assist in maintaining client accounts, including deposit inflows/outflows, fixed deposits, and various transactions and pricing matters.
Credit Analysis and Review
- Conduct regular post-drawdown credit reviews to monitor loan performance and assess risk.
Client Service and Liaison
- Provide ad-hoc services to bilateral customers as needed.
- Liaise with customers on account opening, deposit taking, and general transaction processes.
Periodic Reporting
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Branch and Head Office.
- Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive, and submitted on time.
Credit Write-up and Proposal Preparation
- Prepare comprehensive credit write-ups and proposals for prospective clients.
- Conduct detailed bankability analyses, including financial analysis, for syndication and/or bilateral loans.
Support Relationship Managers
- Assist Relationship Managers in providing exceptional service to clients.
- Aid in building and maintaining strong client relationships for the bank.
Ad-hoc Duties
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support the team and business operations.
Job Requirement
- Exhibits excellent communication skills
- Able to prepare clear and professional email correspondence.
- Capable of creating periodic reports, catering to overseas branches and HQ in Taiwan.

- At least 1 year of corporate finance related experience would be a plus
- Knowledge for basic financial statement analysis is required if there is no related experience in Corporate Finance
