• Process client trade orders across securities, funds, and bonds to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to investigate and resolve client inquiries and operational issues efficiently.
• Manage the full account opening lifecycle while maintaining accurate client data and reporting for compliance.
• Ensure all transactions and activities comply strictly with regulatory requirements and internal banking policies.
• Support the Relationship Management team by performing ad hoc duties as needed to enhance client service delivery.

skills and experience required

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• Completion of CACS Papers 1 & 2 is advantageous.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is required, as you will manage business communications and handle financial documentation for a dedicated portfolio of Mandarin-speaking clients.
