Our client is seeking a dynamic Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) to join a specialised Fund Finance team at a leading regional bank. This role focuses on the high-growth fund finance sector, providing essential support to senior bankers in managing and expanding a portfolio of financial sponsor clients.
about the job
- Credit Analysis: Conducting in-depth credit analysis and preparing comprehensive credit proposals for new and existing fund finance facilities.
- Portfolio Management: Actively manage a portfolio of accounts, handling client onboarding, performing regular credit reviews, and ensuring strict covenant monitoring.
- Risk Monitoring: Identify and monitor potential problematic accounts, performing necessary asset assessments and escalating concerns to senior management in a timely manner.
- Transaction Execution: Review legal documentation related to financing and coordinate with operations (back office) teams to facilitate drawdowns, disbursement, rollovers, and other matters.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market and industry developments that may impact clients or the portfolio.

skills and experience required
- Bachelor degree with at least 2 years of experience in Front Office or as a Credit Analyst in commercial/ corporate banking/ FI/ NBFI portfolios
- Good credit analysis skills and knowledge of commercial/ corporate banking/ FI/ NBFI products
- Ideally has knowledge and experience in Fund Finance
