Roles & Responsibilities
1. Portfolio Development
. Collaborate with Relationship Managers to prospect new clients.
. Offer suitable corporate banking services to existing clients to expand the portfolio.
2. Credit Analysis and Reporting
. Produce high-quality credit analysis reports for syndication and bilateral loan clients.
. Conduct regular post-drawdown credit reviews to assess loan performance and risk.
3. KYC and Compliance
. Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks before drawdown.
. Conduct post-drawdown reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Periodic Reporting
. Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Branch and Head Office.
. Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive, and submitted on time.
5. Customer Liaison and Account Management
. Liaise with customers on account opening, deposit taking, and general transaction processes.
. Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
. Develop and maintain business relationships with overseas branches and inter-departments.
6. Business Development
. Liaise with peer banks to seek business opportunities.
. Develop and implement strategies to grow the client base and enhance client satisfaction.
7. Ad-hoc Duties
. Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support the team and business operations.
Job Requirements
1. Proficient in Bilingual Communication
. Exhibits excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
. Able to prepare clear and professional email correspondence.
. Capable of creating periodic reports in both languages, catering to overseas branches and HQ in Taiwan.
