Job Description

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Drive sales and marketing of company's full range of semiconductor equipment

. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.

. Manage and expand key customer accounts (foundries, IDMs, OSATs, OEMs, distributors).

. Identify and secure new business opportunities in front-end/back-end semiconductor processes, advanced packaging, and emerging technologies (e.g., SiC, GaN, AI/5G applications).

. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.

. Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to deliver customer-driven solutions.

. Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and closure of sales opportunities.

. Monitor and report on market and competitive intelligence, including customer technology roadmaps, competitor strategies, new entrants, products, capabilities, and customer feedback.

. Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, CRM updates, and periodic performance reports.

. Represent the company at trade shows, technical seminars, and industry conferences.

. Support sales in additional territories within and beyond Southeast Asia as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

. Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Marketing, with additional sales management training preferred.

. Minimum 3 years of semiconductor equipment sales experience (preferably in back-end processes).

. Familiarity with fab and OSAT workflows, qualification processes, and CapEx planning cycles.

. Established customer network, especially within packaging, assembly, and test houses.

. Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

. Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
