Job Description

Receptionist

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To assist the Receptionist in day to day tasks
  • Manage and attend to all incoming telephone calls professionally.
  • Respond to internal and external emails promptly.
  • Record and track incoming and outgoing couriers in the database, providing daily reports to the operations team.
  • Handle document and package dispatch via DHL, UPS, and FedEx (both online and manual processing).
  • Welcome and assist office visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience.
  • Serve beverages to guests and the Managing Director as required.
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering stationery and name cards.
  • Oversee pantry supplies, ensuring stock is replenished and maintained.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • GCE O Level qualification.
  • Prior experience in a shipping company is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Independent, hardworking, and responsible with good organizational skills.
  • Candidates who can start immediately or on short notice will have an advantage.

Working Hours & Salary

  • 5½-day work week (alternate Saturdays off).
  • Salary: Minimum SGD 2,000.00 per month.
