Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates.
- Review Schedule of Rates and build up Star Rates.
- Compile quarterly cost information.
- Conduct site study and condition survey.
- Prepare progress payments and final accounts.
- Evaluate and verify contractor's final claim of final payment / VOs.
- Prepare variation orders including taking-off quantities and site measurements.
- Other duties / special assignment as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Civil Engineering / NCCS or related
- Candidate with Resident Technical Officer Certification preferred
- Min. 2 years of related working experience
