Job Responsibilities:
. Assist Contract manager conducts cost estimate, cost planning and cost management.
. Prepare contracts and documents.
. Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation and procurement.
. Assist in budget preparation and cost presentation.
. Assist in billings.
. Manage and resolve key contractual issues such as variations, extension of time (EOT) and claims for loss and expense.
. Evaluate progress payment and VOs and cost benefit analysis.
. Perform variation order.
. To verify subcontractors / suppliers monthly progressive claims and obtain approval before proceeding to prepare payment certificates.
Job Requirements:
. Minimum Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying
. 2 to 3 years of work experiences as Quantity Surveyor in MRT construction
. Experience in LTA projects will be an added advantage
. Responsible, positive work attitude and good leadership skills
. Able to commence work with short notice
