Job Responsibilties:
- Maintain proper records of all internal (eg: Quality Management System QMS) and external documents, and their distribution, in accordance to stipulated standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing documentations such as email correspondences, drawings, documents, reports and etc, are checked and well organized.
- Maintain and follow up on the Equipment Calibration in accordance with SOP, and maintain proper records of calibration.
- Create and prepare on shipment documentations, as well as related administrative duties.
- Uploading of Statistical Process Capability (SPC) reports into the customer server and maintain the In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) reports.
- Maintain inspection criteria for incoming, in process and final products.
- Perform analysis on internal defects.
- Support QA / QC activities, assisting in projects when required and providing additional support when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline. Quality management / Engineering / Manufacturing or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in Quality in manufacturing industries.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficient in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Positive attitude with ability to multi task.
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Good team player with good initiatives and ability to work independently.
