Your Responsibilities: -
- Supported New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and ensured quality readiness across testing, sample builds, and mass production stages.
- Performed First Article Inspections (FAI) and compiled measured results into comprehensive First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR).
- Executed qualification and validation activities for equipment, processes, and test methods.
- Developed, reviewed, and updated Work Instructions, PFMEA, Control Plans, Quality Inspection Standards, and Sample Boards for production transfer.
- Partnered with the engineering team on jig design, including reviewing 2D drawings, identifying design issues, and assessing requirements for measurement jigs.
Requirements: -
- Minimum 1 year experience in quality or manufacturing industries
- Minimum Diploma or degree in Precision, Mechanical, Manufacturing engineering
