As part of country expansion, we are looking for a accomplished and dedicated Assistant Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager to be part of the Operations team. You will be responsible for identifying and reporting defects, as well as implementing effective corrective and preventive measures.
You will ideally possess a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and industry knowledge to drive excellence across our quality assurance and quality control processes. You will also be an integral part supporting of the Group's strategic expansion and initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate the quality and accuracy of products and services
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA & QC procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in functionality, content, and customer complaints
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for quality assurance purposes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the product development and release process throughout the entire product development
- Analyse microbial, pest control, customer complaint trending for data trending and evaluation of requirement accordance to company specification
- Regularly conduct internal audits to verify compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Continuously improve quality assurance processes and procedures from time-to-time accordance to the business requirement and needs
- Provide training and support to Operation team members & cross-functional team regarding quality assurance processes and tools
Requirements
- Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in QA and QC specialisation
- Diploma in Food Science or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test reading scripts
- Familiar with automated testing tools and software development methodologies
- Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
