Job Scope :
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Identify, evaluate and select suppliers and vendors based on their capabilities, pricing, quality and reliability, and establish and maintain strong relationships with them.
- Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing and terms with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization while maintaining positive vendor relationships.
- Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures, and coordinating with stakeholders to facilitate timely procurement.
- Assist in driving cost savings initiatives, exploring cost reduction opportunities, conducting cost analysis and identifying strategies to optimize procurement spend.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and procurement policies and procedures, and maintain proper documentation and records for audits and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as finance, operations, and project teams, to understand procurement requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Any other task as assigned by Manager or Management.
Requirement :
At least 1-2 years experience as purchaser.
