Job Description

Job Description:

  • Assist in purchasing construction materials including sourcing and getting quotations.
  • Coordinate with department staff for site requests.
  • Assist to source and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Issue and follow-up with purchase orders and delivery orders.
  • Issue of monthly invoices
  • Attend to miscellaneous administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum O-level qualifications.
  • At least 1 year of purchasing experience in construction industry.
  • Comfortable travelling across Singapore.
  • Good negotiation skills to get the best price / quality ratio.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

Other information:

  • This position will be both office and site based.
