Manage all aspects of the project to ensure it is completed on time, within budget and meets all contractual requirements
Lead and manage the project team
Able to interpret contract and extract all essential information efficiently to facilitate effective management of project objectives and fulfilments together with the project team
Identify all contractual system requirements and deliverables and be responsible for managing deliverable timelines for all contractual system designs and reviews
Analyze and define all project materials and service purchases based on cost optimization and appropriate risk management
Perform day to day coordination, risk management, liaison, control and supervision of resources including all project team members, sub-contractors, internal and external project related parties and customers to ensure that the project meets its objectives
Provide regular project reports/updates to customers, internal departments and management
Monitor all payment milestones to ensure timely billing in accordance to the planned schedule
Requirements
Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of proven project management experiences in managing medium to large scale projects relating to infrastructure or System Integration
Possesses positive working attitude, innovative problem-solving, critical thinking, presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent client-facing and internal/external communication skills, self driven, results and customer-oriented
Solid organization skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills
Technical experience in satellite communications network and equipment preferred
Experience in delivering projects for the defence sector is highly desired
Familiarity with the Singapore Government procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage
Candidates with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
