Oversee the overall implementation and completion of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
Lead and manage a team of professional and technical staff in the planning and execution of daily operations.
Coordinate and collaborate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues.
Ensure all project activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and specific healthcare facility requirements.
Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project budgets and manage resources efficiently, implementing cost-control measures to avoid overruns.
Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring that project goals are achieved, and expectations are met.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Bilingual is preferred. Fluent in written and spoken in English and Chinese in order to liaise with Chinese speaking counterpart
