Job Description

  • Assistant ProjectManager
  • Report directly to top management, providing regular updates on project status and key milestones.
  • Oversee the overall implementation and completion of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of professional and technical staff in the planning and execution of daily operations.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and specific healthcare facility requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project budgets and manage resources efficiently, implementing cost-control measures to avoid overruns.
  • Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring that project goals are achieved, and expectations are met.
  • Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • Bilingual is preferred. Fluent in written and spoken in English and Chinese in order to liaise with Chinese speaking counterpart
