. Monitoring the sub-contractor schedules

. Ensure company ISO and OHSAS requirements are fully implemented on projects

. Updating and alerting Project Manager on delays and suggesting ways to expedite progress and catch up on delays

. Scheduling programs and weekly/monthly basis updates

. Perform schedule monitoring and updating on construction schedules preparation of periodic progress reports with commitments and forecast

. Monitor project compliance with project management standard policies, procedures and templates through project audits
