Job Summary

Manage and coordinate landscaping projects, ensuring quality execution and client satisfaction through effective communication, technical guidance, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project management to ensure timely and quality completion of landscaping projects
• Coordinate and supervise landscaping works to meet project specifications and standards
• Conduct regular meetings and site inspections with clients to address project progress and concerns
• Prepare Bill of Quantities and perform accurate cost estimation for project budgeting
• Provide technical guidance and support to site teams to resolve issues and optimize work processes
• Liaise effectively with main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints
• Review project designs and specifications to plan, implement, and recommend practical solutions when necessary
• Perform additional related duties to support project success and operational efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Horticulture & Landscaping Management or related landscaping industry qualification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in the landscaping industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Proficiency in MS Office applications for project documentation and communication
