Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Assistant Project Manager, based in Singapore. Limited remote work options are available. The Assistant Project Manager will assist in coordinating and managing photography projects, overseeing timelines, and ensuring effective communication between team members and clients. Daily responsibilities include supporting logistical arrangements, tracking project milestones, managing planning documents, and addressing any operational or scheduling challenges.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Expeditor and Expediting tasks to ensure project timelines are met and deliverables are effectively tracked.
- Strong skills in Project Management, with the ability to plan, organize, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Inspection and quality assurance processes to ensure high standards for all deliverables.
- Experience in Logistics Management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and addressing operational challenges.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to maintain project efficiency and address unforeseen issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration between team members and clients.
- Basic knowledge or interest in photography or creative industries is an asset.
