Responsibilities:
- Prepare project tenders and plans in close coordination with customers and internal teams
- Act as the main point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders
- Coordinate project activities to ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements
- Maintain project schedule and monitor overall progress
- Prepare regular status reports and manage daily site operations
- Attend to and resolve engineering issues on-site
- Interpret construction drawings and ensure work aligns with specifications
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance
- Resolve on-site issues with all relevant parties
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
- Minimum 3 years proven work experience is required
- Project management skills, technical understanding and documentation skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Must possess the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in fast paced environment, work independently and good team-player
- Well-organized and good time management skill
- Able to travel when required
