About the Role:
Be part of our growing team by driving end-to-end software development and system integration initiatives. In this role, you will oversee technical delivery, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful implementation of solutions that meet business and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full-cycle software development, implementation, and system integration projects.
- Oversee system architecture design, development methodologies, and end-to-end integration of solutions.
- Monitor system performance and operational readiness during installation, configuration, and testing phases.
- Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams of software and hardware engineers in conducting optimisation testing and ensuring system stability and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership and support in resolving issues related to systems, equipment, and applications.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure all deliverables align with business objectives, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Act as the key interface between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment across all parties.
