Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee multiple interior fit-out project and A&A work from initiation to completion.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication, timely execution, and project alignment with design intent.
- Manage the full project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, design coordination, procurement, site supervision, and handover.
- Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, authority requirements, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and trades to ensure quality workmanship, adherence to project timelines, and cost control.
- Review and resolve technical and design issues in collaboration with consultants and internal teams.
- Attend and lead site meetings, client briefings, and project coordination sessions.
- Mentor and support junior project staff in project execution and professional development.
- Perform risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out / renovation / construction industry.
- Proven track record in managing commercial, retail, or office interior projects independently.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting ID drawings, construction detailing, and technical specifications.
- Able to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines, including night work if required.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
