Project Management & Execution

. Oversee full project lifecycle from design, tender, and construction to handover.

. Ensure compliance with quality assurance (QA) and health & safety (HSE) requirements.

. Conduct design and site coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and site teams.

. Review design drawings for constructability and value engineering opportunities.

. Monitor site progress, schedule adherence, and cost performance.

. Lead project reviews, manage variations, and resolve site issues promptly.

Requirements:

. Degree / Diploma in Construction, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture.

. Minimum 5 years of experience in building or construction project management.

. Good Pay + Good allowance + Good Bonus
