Project Management & Execution
- Oversee full project lifecycle from design, tender, and construction to handover.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance (QA) and health & safety (HSE) requirements.
- Conduct design and site coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and site teams.
- Review design drawings for constructability and value engineering opportunities.
- Monitor site progress, schedule adherence, and cost performance.
- Lead project reviews, manage variations, and resolve site issues promptly.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Business Development teams to support project execution.
- Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and relevant authorities.
- Attend tender interviews and provide technical input for bids when required.
Financial & Contractual Management
- Oversee project budgets, progress claims, cost reports, and cash flow.
- Review and approve subcontractor work orders, claims, and variation requests.
- Ensure timely payments and accurate project cost forecasting.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Support QA/HSE teams in implementing safety and quality systems on-site.
- Enforce compliance and recommend corrective actions for non-conformance.
- Monitor post-handover defect rectification and maintenance activities.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain organized project documentation and filing systems.
- Prepare project progress reports and updates for senior management.
- Recommend improvements to project management processes and templates.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Construction, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building or construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of QA, HSE, project costing, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines and budget.
