With a newly awarded project, the company is looking to appoint a capable Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager to lead this exciting development from end to end.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of residential development.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery
• Monitor site progress, cost control, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Lead project meetings, report progress, and address any issues or delays
• Manage and mentor site/project teams to ensure high performance and morale

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field
• Proven experience managing Private or Public Residential, mix development or commerical office building projects in Singapore
