Responsibilities
Support stone installation projects by monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.
Project Planning & Coordination
- Assist in scheduling, resource allocation, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
Site Management Support
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and report on site readiness.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and project updates.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities and changes.
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a liaison between Operations Manager, installers, and clients.
- Attend regular coordination meeting and resolve coordination issues promptly.
Quality & Compliance
- Support quality checks and ensure installation meets design specifications.
- Assist in risk management and propose corrective actions when necessary.
Requirements
- Diploma in Project/Construction Management, Interior Design or related studies.
- At least 2 years relevant experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or interior fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of Singapore's workplace safety regulations and site practices is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Both written and spoken) to liaise with mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
