Job Description & Requirements:
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support planning, monitoring, and updating of project schedules in line with the main contractor's master programme.
- Monitor site progress and assist in ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Ensure site works follow the latest approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and coordinate project drawings, submissions, RFIs, and documentation.
- Assist in contract administration including EOT, VO, claims, and progress payments.
- Verify subcontractors work progress and claims.
- Support site safety compliance and PPE enforcement with safety officers.
- Prepare progress reports, maintain project records, and highlight risks or issues to the Project Manager.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing plumbing & sanitary construction projects.
- Possessing a valid Plumber License is highly preferred.
- Strong familiarity with PUB's codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Experience with BIM Revit and Autodesk software is preferred.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license preferred.
