Role Summary

We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager (Digital) to support our Project director in planning, coordinating, and delivering website and digital development projects. You'll help keep timelines on track, ensure stakeholders are aligned, and maintain clear documentation across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in day-to-day project coordination across multiple digital projects.

• Assist with project planning: timelines, task breakdowns, schedules, and milestone tracking.

• Coordinate internal teams (design, development, QA) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors).

• Run and document project meetings (agenda, minutes, action items, follow-ups).

• Maintain project documentation such as requirements, scope notes, change requests, and UAT checklists.

• Track deliverables, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues early to the PM.

• Support QA/UAT coordination: test plans, bug tracking, and release readiness checks.

• Ensure projects follow Orfeostory workflows and tools (e.g., Basecamp)

• Assist with basic administrative tasks: quotations support, handover notes, and project close-out documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Digital Media, or related field.

• 1 years experience in a coordination / project support role (digital agency experience is a plus).

• Comfortable working on website / web app projects

• Strong communication skills, able to speak with both clients and internal technical teams.

• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Basic understanding of UI/UX, QA/UAT processes, and common web terminology.
