Responsible for successful delivery of assigned projects.
Lead project team and facilitate their ability to complete the project on time.
Assist the Project Manager/Project Director on Project Management & Execution
Supervise workers and sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out as per schedule and in good quality.
Project Management to achieve smooth project implementation and completion.
Project Costing and re-engineering to increase project profit margin, forecast of monthly progress claim and expenditure budget.
Leading Testing and Commissioning of project team and conduct training to customers after completion of project.
Provide guidance to engineers in the selection of equipment for the project.
Involve in technical discussion, progress meeting with client, M& E consultant and main or sub-contractors.
In charge of the whole Project Safety System planning, assessment and implementation.
Participate in acquiring new opportunities - Tenders and Business Development
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Related Engineering (Electrical) with preferably Degree.
Min. 5 years relevant experience with at least 4 years project management experience at local construction site.
Strong project management experience in related electrical installation projects (especially on turnkey and A&A works) with strong technical knowledge and site experience.
Able to communicate effectively with all levels of people and possess strong leadership quality and high initiative character.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project softwares including good knowledge in AutoCad & REVIT.
Motivated, responsible with positive attitude and able to work under pressure and stress.
Physically fit as the position requires the successful candidate to be onsite at times.
