Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Understand and translate business requirements to requirement specifications and functional designs.
- Ensure the system and deliverables are within the scope of the contractual requirements.
- Coordinate project activities and tasks, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Provide hands-on advice and coaching to members of the project team.
- Involve in troubleshooting, optimizing, and fine-tuning of the applications.
- Create and update relevant documents on all executed changes in a timely manner.
- Create a positive team environment and coordinate work effort of each team member in a cohesive fashion.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, team members, and management.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Identify and assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with project requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Always represent the company in a professional manner and build positive relationships with clients and partner to the company's benefit.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Certification in PMP or CITPM will be an added advantage.
- Certified Agile Project Management or Certified ScrumMaster will be an advantage.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, or Microsoft Project.
- Has at least 5 years of hands-on working experience in project management relating to e-Business / e-Government.
- Has the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Has experience and good ability to provide effort estimation and work execution plan for assigned modules / components.
- Has the experience to lead and mentor project team members, ensuring conformance to best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Has good ability to provide effort estimation and work execution plan for assigned modules components.
- Experience in managing a remote development team is an added advantage.
Expected Salary Range: $ 4500-6000
