Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline while ensuring quality outcomes.
- Responsible for independently leading and delivering multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
- Proactively manage resources, resolve issues, and engage stakeholders effectively to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
- Prepare tender specifications.
- Serve as main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and project updates with senior leaders.
- Manage expectations, risks, and issues proactively.
- Prepare project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
- Track variances and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and implement improvements.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, contractors, and vendors.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering/Business/Project Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in facilities management, engineering or construction sector
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and project reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of contract management and procurement processes
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
