Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily project activities, resources, and coordination with project engineers, site supervisors, workers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Plan and schedule manpower, materials, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Ensure project execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and construction procedures
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, manage project changes, and implement risk management measures
- Maintain strong relationships and communication with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth project delivery
Job Requirements
- Min diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
- Relevant experience in managing and supervising construction teams
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, regulations, project coordination, and scheduling
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
