Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project and site supervision, attend site meetings and co-ordinate with various stakeholders, regulatory bodies, subcontractors ad all related parties to ensure the efficient and smooth implementation/completion of projects.
- Ensures completeness of documentation ie call changes to specifications/work scopes/drawings/etc are accurately documented.
- Assist in resolving challenges that may arise during project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Ensure compliance of safety regulations in accordance to industry standards.
- Efficient management of resources and materials.
- Manage manpower and overtime costs.
- Adhoc duties as assigned.
- Salary will commensurate with experience.
